My name is Warren Sangiorgio and I deal with all aspects of handyman / property maintenance issues both inside and outside the property.  I am also qualified in bathroom installations.

I am able to work at a time which is convenient to you as my working hours are very flexible. I do not have a weekend sur-charge.

I can either give you an hourly or day rate, or for the larger jobs I will give you a fixed price for the work you require, therefore if it takes a little bit longer you will not incur any extra costs. I do not charge a call out fee and quotes/estimates are free.
