Both Michael and Russ were excellent; they were very helpful and, as a pensioner, I was grateful for their patience.

This was a very complicated job as we live in a terraced house and have a shared chimney with the house next door which is a three-story, therefore the chimney was about another 20ft up from our roof ridge.

Michael and Russ carried out this difficult task of aerial dismantling and erection of a new one in a very satisfactory manner.

They were quick, polite and efficient, and my wife and I are very pleased with their work.

I was very impressed with the service provided by Michael. He is definitely the neatest and tidiest worker I have ever had. Because he had to drill holes, not only did he put a dustsheet down but also hoovered afterwards and wiped down the skirting boards - the rooms were cleaner than they were before he started the work!

In addition to that, the wiring is incredibly neat - all you need to do is look at the wiring down the side of my house - perfectly done.

Michael is very professional and courteous - he checked everything through with me before he did anything, giving advice all the time, and ensuring that the result would be exactly as I wanted.

He was also punctual and honest and, even though the work took longer than expected, he kept to the price quoted with no hidden extras.

I would happily recommend him to anyone.

I cannot rate Michael and Russell highly enough. From the outset, right through to the completed work, the service was outstanding and all for exceptional good value for money.

They think outside the box and gave great advice and then communicated with me at all stages of the work to ensure that I was happy with everything. I really felt that they went over and above, and it is really nice to have someone who does what he says he is going to do and then ensures that you are entirely happy at the end.

As the owner of a Day Nursery, AerialMan has carried out various jobs for us including fitting a new aerial and installing various data points (for our networked computers).

They have also carried out work in my home, where I have a very complicated system. They went through all the pros and cons of how the whole set-up would work (e.g., Sky multi-room etc.,) and the result was an installation that worked perfectly throughout the house.

I have used Aerialman three or four times now and they have always been on time, very polite and professional, conscientious, exceptionally clean and tidy workers (they had hoovered my office when they had finished the work and it was cleaner than before they started!) and always prepared to go the extra mile.

Also, they were honest and trustworthy and my wife felt comfortable with leaving them alone in the house when she had to go out.

I have already recommended AerialMan to others and will continue to do so.

Over the past five years, Michael and Russell have been carrying out all the aerial related work required across our communal schemes, which included all of the digital switch-overs in 2011.

They possess great technical knowledge and expertise, and their standard of work is always excellent.

Our tenants are provided with feedback forms to rate the work carried out by our approved contractors and AerialMan's have always been in the high 90%.
