Summary:
TV's stopped working and I had no idea what I needed to do. I have used Michael before so took a chance on calling him again (it was a Saturday!) and he answered immediately. Michael helped to diagnose the issue over the phone before advising he would need to come out. Michael advised his earliest appointment was not until Monday but could clearly hear how desperate I was for help. Michael changed his morning plans, dropped everything and was here within an hour!
Comments:
Michael arrived, tested input and output, replaced power source, all TV's up and running in 10 minutes.
Michaels continued professional and empathetic approach encourages me to keep using his services. Michael has helped me out on a number of occasions and I can't recommend him highly enough. Thank you once again!

First class service. I called Aerialman at 10.30 this morning and they were with me at 10.50am! Diagnosed and sorted the problem immediately - I am very pleased. Will definitely recommend them to others.

No signal on TV over the weekend.
Comments:
I called Michael at 9am Monday morning and left a message, within the hour Michael returned my call. I have a new TV being delivered and installed next week so the problem needed to be fixed before then. Michael told me he would fit me in the same day and by lunchtime he rang to say he was on the way. The cause of the problem was quickly established, I needed a new booster box, which Michael fitted in the loft.
Michael and his work colleague were prompt, polite and detailed with good customer service skills. I would use their services again.
