Very helpful salesperson who came initially, followed by a surveyor. Both punctual.
Window took a few weeks to be made as we had been advised. It arrived on time and was installed by two very nice, polite workmen, they put down dust sheets and cleared up after themselves.
Very happy customer.

The sales rep guided us to the best solution without pushing us, or questioning what we wanted. A very nice experience after some we have had! The fitter was quick, efficient, tidy and very polite: at no time was there a mess that was not cleaned and tidied away as soon as possible. We were shown what we had to know about the doors so that we could understand and use them without worrying.
