Alan is a pleasure to deal with, he is obliging and provides a real personal touch. When we were at the stage of getting quotations, there was absolutely no pressure whatsoever or no hard sell.
We were delighted with the quality of work and the service. They were punctual, took all the rubbish away to leave the place clean and tidy and I couldn't fault them on anything. We also feel that we got excellent value for money.

I would like to thank him very much indeed, not only for the exemplary standard of our newly installed windows but also for the quality of workmanship of his fitters and the fact that the job was completed on time as promised, with the minimum of fuss to our household.
