Having succumbed to a rogue trader and left with broken tiles and gaps I contacted Safe Local Trades and spoke to Eileen. She contacted Mark who sent Carl out to quickly put but a few tiles to prevent rain getting in again. Mark came round and quoted for all the work needed and everything was completed very quickly

Mark was recommended to me by our neighbour and when I heard he was a Safe Local Trader I was more than happy to use his services.

Our roof had deteriorated over the years (original roof installed in 1958) but Mark still gave us the option for either repair or replacement.

Work was carried out efficiently and tidily. Mark and Carl are hard working, friendly and I have complete confidence in their workmanship.

Mark came round to assess the job and left after having agreed costs and timings for completion. He arrived on time, explained again what he was going to do to confirm we were still happy and proceeded with the repair. The task was carried out efficiently and to a good standard with the area cleared of any debris before he left.

Very pleasant to deal with and would happily use his services again.

A cold caller said we had a broken roof tile, there was a hole and he would do the job for £450. We always use Safe Local Tradesmen as we have had a bad experience in the past, so we contacted Mark to give his opinion. Mark came round, went up on the roof and put the tile back where it should have been, obviously it had been moved by the cold caller, Mark would not take any money for his time.

It really proves there are some honest and lovely people around.

A random tradesman knocked at my door and stated he could see a couple of issues with my roof, I politely told him that I did not want the work carrying out by someone I did not know.

I called Ascot Roofing and they came and checked the roof and there are no issues and so no work to be done. Reliable, honest and trustworthy, I would happily recommend them. 

The work was carried out with the minimum of disruption and inconvenience.  We were fully informed of progress at each stage of the work which was carried out with great efficiency.  This was the first time that we have used Ascot Roofing and we are very pleased with the outcome.  We found Mark and his team very helpful and knowledgeable.
