This is the second time we have used CC Heating and, once again, they have done an outstanding job. The engineer, Joe, was punctual, polite and a pleasure to have in our home. All the work was completed to a very high standard and our home was left spotless.

This company are not only efficient and professional but also competitive and the standard of their engineers is definitely a cut above others we have used in the past.

Highly recommended and wouldn’t hesitate to use again if the need arises. 

At last we've found a professional company who we cannot recommend highly enough. Our initial email contact was followed up very quickly and the engineer attended on the day, on time with company ID. Full service and check, nothing was too much trouble and the engineer was both efficient and tidy. He also gave advice re possible radiator issues, but with no pressure to have further work done.

A real pleasure to deal with and a credit to CC Heating & Plumbing.

Adrian from CC Heating & Plumbing came to my elderly mum’s house to service the boiler and look at some issues that we’ve been having with the heating in general.

He was very kind and conscientious; he explained everything to us in very clear, easy to understand terms and made sure that everything was in order before he left.

We have had people in before for various jobs and have felt that they were either in a rush to finish and leave … or were only there to do the bare minimum. 

Adrian was different, he showed that he cared and that he wanted to be sure that we were okay. When you have an elderly relative, this is very important.

I can't fault CC Heating & Plumbing. Arrived when they said they would and worked hard all day fitting a new combi boiler. We hadn't had heating for a week and Craig moved another job to fit us in.

Quick reply to my enquiry. Completed the job within the same week. Tidy, quick and efficient.  Would definitely recommend. 

At long last I have found a gas fitter who turns up on time and does a good job. As a result, he was given further work with a third job to follow. As well as Craig, I've had three staff members here, all were clean, pleasant, got on with the job and cleaned up what little mess they made.

Someone please tell me I'm not dreaming!

The work carried out by Craig & staff was definitely done to PPP standards (punctual, polite and professional!)  My first call to Craig was answered immediately and then a visit followed where a temporary repair took place. Superb.

The servicing was excellent, meticulously carried out by one of Craig's technicians. However the pilot light would not ignite after 24 hours. Craig came and sorted the problem promptly without charge.

I would certainly recommend this company.
