Craig responded promptly to my enquiry and provided a quote the day after coming to see me. The garden area had been neglected for many years but Craig and John worked hard to get all the debris cleared on the first day. His attention to detail, emphasis on quality workmanship and total customer satisfaction is exemplary. For the first time since I moved here I now have a garden that I can be proud of. Thank you Craig, John and George for creating that garden for me.

Excellent ALL round. Indeed, we have never done business with such a reliable builder before. From first visit and quote, Craig did exactly what he said he would do. He always arrived when he had said he would in a text and all the team working on the job were brilliant.

We cannot recommend this builder highly enough, as someone else has said, they deserve 11 out of 10.

We are extremely happy with the work done by Craig and his wonderful team consisting of John, George, Alan, Vince, Tom, Chinzy and Lawrence. It was a real pleasure to meet and be witness to such professionalism provided by the entire team, who were always punctual, polite, conscientious, friendly and hard working. They never left a mess and always tidied up after themselves. Everyone took great pride in their work.

The entire project was very good value for money. Craig provided us with a schedule of work which enabled us to follow step by step the progress. Craig kept us informed daily and always made sure that we were happy with the work being done. All the work was carried out to an excellent standard.

Just want to say a massive thank you to Adam and John who did a magnificent and very professional job in measuring, ordering and fitting our new back door and patio doors into our new extension by CDL. Craig should be proud of you.

If we could give CDL builders and 11 out of 10 we would. From the very start we were impressed with Craig's professionalism and attention to detail.  We were given a schedule of work and Craig kept us informed along the way, always making sure we were happy with the way work was progressing.

It was a pleasure to have met Craig, John, George, Alan, Scott and Vince and the other trades who worked on our house.  All were hard-working, punctual, polite, conscientious, friendly, and a team who take great pride in their work.  All work was carried out to an excellent standard and we have a fabulous new extension. We are so happy with the build that they will be coming back to do a new patio for us in the spring.

The end result is a new kitchen extension that is far better than we could have dreamed of.
