Nigel did an amazing job with our kitchen, we couldn't be happier. His attention to detail and communication throughout was amazing. Nigel organised the electrician, plasterer and any other trades that were required, meaning it was a completely stress free project. We were updated throughout with the progress and Nigel was always happy to take a phone call or reply to a text quickly if we had any questions, I couldn't recommend him enough! 

I expect it’s rare to find a qualified and highly experienced kitchen installer that really knows his onions across multiple trades. Nigel manages the project from start to finish and expects high standards from his small team of equally friendly professionals. The options he proposed from initial design stage came from a place of knowledge and experience. I knew then I had hired someone who had high standards and paid attention to the fine detail. The quality of the workmanship from kitchen installation to plastering and electrical installations did not disappoint and I am very pleased with a complete transformation of my kitchen and dining area.   

Cannot recommend Crescent Carpentry highly enough. The whole project from start to finish exceeded my expectations. From the removal of my very large window and upvc door to create a smaller window and french doors and re configuration of kitchen was completed with minimal disruption. All of the trades that Nigel arranged went above and beyond. Any issues were dealt with promptly and my anxieties managed. They allowed us time to decorate before the kitchen was fitted and adjusted their schedule when I was unwell and needed extra time to complete the decoration. 

I now have a kitchen that is beyond anything I could ever imagine and a trusted tradesman that I won't hesitate to call upon again for future projects. Thank you Nigel and Connor for your hard work.

Nigel and Connor liaised regularly with Howdens to help fine-tune the kitchen needs (made complex by the fact that we were merging some existing cupboard units with new ones). They were able to make bespoke adjustments to the units and receiving areas. They fitted a splashback which matches the worktop, with cut outs for each of the light switches and unusual angles.

Nigel and Connor have a wide range of skills and tools so managed all the job themselves, using a qualified electrician Phil, for the electrical tasks. They have fantastic attention to detail and worked with Howdens during planning and installation, to get the right parts, utterly dedicated to leaving us with a finish we are delighted with. They are friendly and lovely to have around, which is especially important as I have children and pets and work from home. Nigel and Connor are organised and tidy, they arrived promptly every day and communicated what was planned for the days ahead, including when we might not have power, etc. They left the space clean every day with as much functioning kitchen as possible, despite the renovations.

In summary, Cresent Carpentry are friendly, considerate, reliable and tidy with a very high level of attention to detail. Highly recommended.

I can honestly say it has been a pleasure having Nigel, Connor and Rob working on my bathroom. They were all very trustworthy, punctual, polite, clean and tidy and very accommodating, especially when I changed my mind on a couple of things. They all went above and beyond what was required of them and would not hesitate in using any of them again. Totally recommend. 

Nigel and Connor were extremely helpful in advising us, creating a very well built, lovely designed veranda at the rear of our property.

Nigel fitted a small bespoke landing cupboard for me which fitted perfectly, very beautiful workmanship.

There may be some who might be suspicious that Nigel has 266 10/10 perfect reviews, but I can fully understand why as he is certainly one in a million - restoring faith that there is such a thing as a 'perfect' tradesman.

I had put off getting this work done for years as I knew that it would be a horrible messy job. As Nigel had carried out a very large job for us back in 2013 - conversion of our entire downstairs (garage into office / utility room), removed wall in kitchen to make an extended kitchen/diner, removed conservatory and rebuilt so the entire area is now a large l-shaped living space, installed a new kitchen which still looks immaculate after 11 years); he is the only one that I would 100% trust to do this work and therefore when the decision was made to get this work done this year, I was so happy when he agreed to do it. 

As usual, Nigel was extremely helpful leading up to the work commencing by helping us to source our choice of new doors and door furniture. When the work commenced it was indeed very messy, but Nigel and his son Connor did their utmost to keep the disruption to a minimum and everywhere was cleared and hoovered at the end of each day. 

We are absolutely over the moon with the results, and the upstairs of our home looks amazing!! The old original doors have been replaced with darker quality doors that have been fitted to perfection. He went over and above and also did some extra bits and pieces which we are so grateful for.

It's not just the quality of the work that deserves the 10/10 across the board, Nigel and Connor are the perfect team and they are a pleasure to have in your home. 

Nigel has a wonderful affable personality - good-natured, professional, extremely proficient at his trade, great work-ethic, attention to detail and always provides meticulous results for any job.

I cannot fault them in any way and, if he is booked up, then he is definitely worth waiting for - you will not be disappointed.

We built an extension and when we were ready for the kitchen I started looking for the kitchen fitter. We came up with Crescent Carpentry & Building Ltd, which is a family-run business, on Facebook, and after reading great reviews and proof of work we decided to go ahead.

Nigel and his son Connor, have just installed our new kitchen, and we couldn't be happier with the results! From the initial quote to finish, we found Nigel extremely professional, punctual, and with high attention to detail. Most importantly he checked with us on decisions to make sure we were happy and went above and beyond multiple times. House improvements can be extremely stressful but Nigel made the entire process seamless and stress-free.
