Responded quickly to SOS call. Identified the problem and called as promised to repair. Also updated electrical unit and serviced the alarm at the same time - all was done in a very competent and efficient way. Would employ again.

I had no electrical power to shower. Barry came very quickly to look at the problem - he checked the power connection from fuses and power to shower unit. He located that the on/off switch was not functioning and therefore provided and fitted a new switch. I have no problem in recommending Direct Electrical.
