I'd been meaning to book my car in for a service which was quite overdue! Prompted by the kind Black Friday 10% offer by Excel Auto Care on Nov 23rd, I booked it in for yesterday.
From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed and had the added bonus of getting a lift back home from the lovely Fran.
I was kept informed of what was going on in terms of what needed doing and when the car was ready I payed with a card over the phone. I then received the additional hospitality of having my car delivered back to me! Thank you SO much.
What great customer care by an honest and trustworthy garage.
I would highly recommend Excel Auto Care to anyone.
