Neil keeps you fully informed every step of the way, from quoting and throughout the job itself. He was keen to find out what we wanted while also making helpful suggestions based on his experience.

Not only is he very professional and helpful, he's a lovely guy too.

This was a very tricky job and I chose Neil to carry out the work as he listened and then knew exactly what was to be done; he certainly sounded as though he knew what he was talking about. 

He came to do the work today and I am extremely impressed with every aspect of his work and service. The post and thick fencing were constructed to a very solid finish. He has a great approach, really good communication and is a very pleasant chap. 

I now feel much more secure in my home and I would unreservedly recommend Neil to anyone.

Neil admitted that the double gate provided a stern challenge but the result was first class. A strong robust gate was installed and his professionalsm was excellent. He was very thorough in his preparation and there was no problems with the materials that he provided. I was extremely satisfied with the work carried out and I feel I got full value for money. I would use Neil again.

Neil made an excellent job of both paving slab repair and renovating and enlarging my pond. I have found it extrembly difficult to engage someone to take on my derelict pond until Neil came along. He researched my ideas and carried out the work to a high standard, digging out with a mini digger and building in ornamental edgings. I was consulted at all stages to make sure things were just as I wanted.  I am delighted with the result and would recommend Neil for slab work and pond renovations.

Have used Neil before and would highly recommend him. Kept us informed every step of the job and always made sure we were happy with each stage. He has all the top equipment for the work (mini digger, big trailer etc.)

We asked for the fence to have some square trellis on the top of the panels, so Neil had these made at his supplier and the quality was excellent.

Have used Neil in the past for all my fence repairs and replacements. Always turns up on time & does a top job using quality materials. He takes time to explain how things are progressing throughout the job to completion. Is polite and friendly. Thanks as always Neil.

Great guy. I had an old wooden fence and wire fence in a very overgrown border (both sides). Neil has taken down all the old fencing and disposed of it. New concrete posts, soil boards and fencing panels erected in a day and a half - a fantasic job - when I saw it, I was close to tears.

Very honest and hard working. I have two dogs & he was very good with them. Arrived when he said he would, finished when he said he would - even in the rain. Well done Neil, a brilliant job, hope your next job is easier. I would highly recommend Neil.

Would we recommend Fence Connection?  A resounding YES!! We could tell at Neil's initial visit that he took pride in his work, and his main aim was to install a fence that both he and the customer would be proud of. Neil replaced an old fence in our rear garden covering 3 boundaries, but we were anxious to retain established shrubs and trees on 2 of the boundaries, and it wasn't always plain sailing as he had to work in some very confined spaces. We were consulted and advised of different options available whenever an adjustment was necessary to enable us to keep the existing shrubs, so that we would be happy with the end result rather than Neil just ploughing ahead with the easiest option. The end result, whilst partly hidden by the shrubs, is still pleasing to the eye and very well constructed. The old adage "you get what you pay for" (and more!) certainly applies in Neil's case.
