I contacted Colin through this website, to which he replied very quickly and, after a few emails, and me sending a few photos of the problem, he provided a quote the same evening.

Colin is very friendly, polite and easy to talk to. He did the repair quickly, tidily and without issues. Even from the ground the gutter looks way better and much more secure! Colin was also kind enough to take his ladders round the back to inspect the rear guttering for any issues after I expressed concerns of similar problems. He took a photo which he used to point out the condition and gave honest advice on what was and what wasn't cause for concern. 

I will certainly be calling upon Colin for any future works and recommend him to friends and family!
