When initial problem occurred (garage door cable snapped and door impossible to open or close) Dave responded to my call within 45 minutes. He closed and secured the door and provided a quote for replacement. (The existing door was too old for parts to be available). We agreed a date for installation and communication in the meantime was excellent. They arrived on time as agreed and completed the work within 2 hours, tidying up fully before leaving and removing all rubbish including the old door and frame. All good. Payment by BACS transfer was also simple.

Product is great, installation went smoothly and communication and after sales were very professional.

Carefully measured area to fit the door - visited twice just to make sure. The area being fitted was not standard and they had to make a few adjustments on the day but at no extra cost. Initial quote given was the final amount paid. Communication excellent - very quick and courteous.  Fitted in with my work schedule very well.
