Clayton is an extremely pleasant and helpful man.
He responded to my enquiry very quickly and came to assess the issue. He returned the next day and resolved it by putting the guttering part in hot water to soften the rubber and then reattached to the water butt to make a tight seal.
I am so grateful for his service, such a lovely gentleman who I highly recommend.
