Rotten window frame. Frame removed and new glass beaded in.
Comments:
A tricky job as the frame was rotten and the glass could have fallen out. Mr. Rutter tackled it professionally and I ended up with a very neat, secure window.

Chris was very professional in his work and very friendly at the same time. His workmanship is excellent and he left us with new doors and no mess at all. Summary:
Fit two doors to fill hatch, fit window lining to service hatch and fit two doors and architrave plus one shelf to cupboard.
Comments:
This was work at the Sawtry WI Hall. Chris was punctual and worked very hard to complete the work. He suggested a cut-down door to fit in exactly with the three existing doors; an excellent idea which was very successful.

Over the last 3 months, Chris has undertaken several jobs for me including:
- flooring in the the loft and installation of a loft ladder
- storage bath panel
- laminate flooring
- hanging of internal doors
- hanging of external door
Comments:
Chris was recommended to me by another tradesperson and I can see why. He listened to what I wanted and also gave me good advice. I cannot fault his workmanship, he is a clean and tidy worker and very reliable. In fact he has now moved on and undertaken some work at my Mother's home as well.

Required a bath panel to be shaped and fitted to a bath. The panel needed to be cut to fit the skirting board.

Fitted 14 internal doors with furniture.

I contacted Chris via this website because of the excellent reviews. I can now say he lived up to everything that was said about him and his work.
He came around and quoted for the job after discussing my requirements. He made several suggestions which turned out to be very valuable. His price was very reasonable and considering the quality of work produced it was very good value for the money.
I have employed quite a few tradesmen over the years but I believe that Chris is with no doubt the cleanest; he always seemed to be hoovering!
I would have no hesitation in recommending Chris to anyone apart from people I don't like!
