Jack and his team did an excellent job. They were punctual, carried out their task with great attention to detail. We are very pleased with the result of the work and with the attitude of the the team. We recommend this firm and will not hesitate to have them carry out any of our future work.

When the new toilet was fitted, the tiled boxed-in area needed to be repaired / replaced as it consisted of jagged tile edges (where it once butted up to the old toilet) and pipework that was now on show. Thankfully we had some spare tiles from the original installation.

I knew that this would be a really awkward job but when Jack came to assess the work, he gave me the confidence that he could sort this for us. He coloured-matched the grout and sealant and, although the chrome edging was an old style, he said that he would ring round on our behalf to see if he could get hold of some.

He came back today to carry out the work and all I can say is WOW! His work was meticulous, absolute perfection. The area is now once again looking like it should and we also have a bit more space in the ensuite, now that the toilet is smaller.

Jack is a true professional; extremely courteous, skilled and such a lovely honest trustworthy person.

I cannot recommend him highly enough.

What a delight, not only was the work completed to a high standard and I now have two lovely bathrooms, but they turned up on the day and at the time they had given. They completed the work within a good time frame. Each day they left the work area clean and tidy and the workmen made sure that I was completely happy with the work. What a fabulous company.

Brilliant from start to finish. I was contacted within 24 hours of my enquiry and planning started (unlike many people who failed to turn up or even get back to me!).

Without a shadow of a doubt, I would recommend JDE. They did a large renovation to the downstairs of our property. They supported in designing the space and helping us choose items, even down to small details like kitchen handles. But also their guidance on larger things like the knocking through of walls. Their attention to detail is second to none, hence we asked them back for our bathroom renovation, which again was completed to the highest standard.

With a keen eye for design Jack helped us plan our bathrooms and brought our vision to life with quality installation. From the site survey to the final touch, a great and professional approach. Really appreciate the suggestion to add matting for reliabilty and durability. Also, greatly appreciated the suggestion for the tiles installation for best aesthetic final result.

Jack and his colleague are absolutely super and I'm over the moon with the work they carried out. They are polite, prompt, tidy, very hard working and good value for money. If I could I would give them 12 out of 10!

We are so pleased we our bathroom refurbishment by Jack and Archie. Professional, polite and hardworking, nothing was too much trouble.  They cleaned up after themselves every night and they were very tidy workers.
