From my initial enquiry to the work being done was a smooth, trouble free encounter. Two friendly, hard working guys who did a fantastic job and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone who asks. Also extremely helpful with an additional query I had and very willing to give me great advice.

The tree in question was a Monkey Puzzle which had died unfortunately and could not be saved. It was taller than the house and was a difficult job for the guys to do as the branches were covered with sharp spikes. Nevertheless, they got on with the job in hand without complaint and soon had completed the work to a very high standard, disposing of all waste and tidying up after themselves. I would whole heartedly recommend JJ Tree and Landscape Services to anyone and will in fact be getting them back for further work shortly.

The team were prompt in coming round to assess the work and then also to carry out the job. They did an excellent and thorough job and tidied up afterwards.

Would definitely recommend them.

Replied to initial (email) request for quote within one day, provided quote the following day, which was very reasonable. I agreed to have the work done and made arrangements for the following week. They turned up at the time agreed, completed the work very efficiently and made a great job of clearing up. In fact, other than the very neat job made on the hedge, you would hardly know that they had been there! I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending these guys and will have them back for any similar work in the future. Great value for money.

A favourable quote led to JJ being given this two-day job. A team of three well equipped professionals worked non-stop for long periods to get the job done. Day 1 saw all the side branches removed and carefully lowered to the ground, and the upper part of the trunk also removed. This required Jim (man with the chainsaw) being harnessed and roped to the tree for about 5 hours.  Day 2 was a different type of challenge, to carefully section and remove the 30ft trunk. On both days, great care was taken to minimise any damage to the garden and to work in a safe manner. All the tree parts were removed from the site and the garden left in a reasonably tidy state. It was an education and a privilege to witness the expert way in which the job was done and how they worked together as a team. I would not hesitate to use JJ again nor to recommend them to anyone wanting any tree surgery work to be done.  

As a local business, I do a lot of work for a local housing association and JJ Tree & Landscape Services are my subcontractors when I require their type of work. 

Out of all the contractors I use, John and Jim are the nicest two guys I deal with. They always do exactly what they say they will do, are completely dependable, e.g., turn up on time, complete the highest quality of work, clear up all the mess etc; I have total confidence in them and I have never had one issue, nor one complaint, from any of the tenants whose property they have worked on.

Very honest, professional, their work is second to none and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The standard of workmanship you get from John and Jim is impeccable. They are always my first port of call when I require any tree or landscaping work as I truly believe that they are one of the best - you can always be assured that you will get the work done correctly, and for a good price too.

Very courteous to people, very professional, they always remove all the mess so that nothing is left onsite - I cannot recommend them highly enough.
