I have had cleaners in the past who would just do the bare minimum and go, but Debbie and her daughters are absolutely true gems. As I have a disability that causes mobility issues, they are so thoughtful and caring and if they see something that needs doing, they will ask if they can help with that. As an example, when Debbie was wiping down my kettle, she mentioned it could do with descaling. I said that I had descaler in the cupboard and she said 'no trouble at all, I have some in the car' and she went and got it and descaled the kettle which I greatly appreciated.

Over and above the general cleaning, hoovering, floor moping etc., if the inside of the windows need a wipe, they will just do this - and both the outside and inside of cupboards and even the inside of my fridge. When Debbie goes to make my bed, she will often find the cat asleep on it and again, this is no bother, she will make it gently and perfectly and my cat takes no notice.

All the cleaning that is carried out is very thorough and done properly - it's as if they are cleaning their own homes. They have different coloured cloths for the different rooms and areas and they also bring their own cleaning materials and products which is brilliant.

Communication and flexibility is excellent. They will always let me know which one of them is coming and, when one goes on holiday, they will ensure that one of the three still comes to me so, once again, I truly appreciate the continunity of service with those I am familiar with - all three very sweet friendly ladies. They are also very professional, honest and trustworthy - if I needed to be out when they were in my house, I would have no qualms whatsoever in giving them a key.

If circumstances mean I have to ask to change my appointment, they are always so accommodating, for example my time slot is a Friday and due to the fact that I have visitors arriving this Friday and I needed the spare bedroom to be made up, they were happy to juggle appointments around so that my slot could be moved to the Thursday instead.

I could not ask for a better service from these ladies and they are by far the best and nicest cleaners I have ever had.

I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Last year we hosted a Ukrainian family and with a house of seven people, I definitely needed some cleaning services to keep on top of things. I employed Debbie who was an absolute godsend and then, after the Ukrainians left, I just had to keep her on!

Debbie and her daughters (Emily and Zara) are 100% trustworthy; they have a key to my house and they let themselves in which works perfectly for me whilst out at work. They do every type of cleaning job you need, from deep cleans, oven and carpet cleaning, changing bed linen, etc.

They are all such a lovely family and I am so glad that I have found them.

As a divorced man, I have been using the services of Debbie for the past two years and I really value her, and what she does, immensely.

She is not over familiar but is friendly, professional and always does a fantastic job and goes the extra mile, for example, when she saw that my Christmas decorations were still up two weeks after Christmas, she asked if I wanted her to pack them away which I was extremely grateful for. Everything was then taken down and packed away so neatly into boxes and all I had to do was put them in the loft. She is so hardworking, honest, conscientious and just such a thoughtful lady who always does a fantastic job.

I pre-warned her recently that my son is over from the States and has been quite messy! I wasn't there when she came for her appointment but my son remarked afterwards how lovely she is and how respectful she was of his things.

I would recommend her 100% without any hesitation.
