Summary:
No power to the communal aerials servicing our block of flats. Although I had never used AerialMan before, Michael came within 20 minutes and fixed the fault.

Michael and his son arrived as arranged and despite horrendous weather conditions worked mainly outside to fix an issue involving the outside lighting. They were both polite, efficient and clearly knew what they were doing. Issue resolved. Outstanding service. Thank you.

We have used AerialMan before and know how reliable and professional they are. They always aim to give excellent service and value. We would not use anyone else for anything that is TV or Sky related.

Declan and Russell were most courteous and professional. They removed their shoes without being asked, spoke directly to my electrician to resolve a problem, completed the job swiftly and at a reasonable price. Lovely polite, helpful tradesmen... 5 star service...delighted customer...highly recommend.

Summary:
TV's stopped working and I had no idea what I needed to do. I have used Michael before so took a chance on calling him again (it was a Saturday!) and he answered immediately. Michael helped to diagnose the issue over the phone before advising he would need to come out. Michael advised his earliest appointment was not until Monday but could clearly hear how desperate I was for help. Michael changed his morning plans, dropped everything and was here within an hour!
Comments:
Michael arrived, tested input and output, replaced power source, all TV's up and running in 10 minutes.
Michaels continued professional and empathetic approach encourages me to keep using his services. Michael has helped me out on a number of occasions and I can't recommend him highly enough. Thank you once again!
