Andrew and his collegues were polite, smiles on arrival daily, tidy and very considerate to my needs and requirements. All rubbish was removed daily and all working areas were swept clean, dust was kept to the minimum and I am very satisfied with the work done.
Top job for a very good competitive price. Absolutley thrilled with the new room!!!!

Neals Building Services provide a very honest, reliable and trustworthy service. The whole project was managed effectively and professionally. The quality of work is extremely good, in fact we have used them for lots of individual jobs ranging from large to small scale and always receive a great service.

Overall Neals Building Services were friendly and helpful, although one of the jobs was sub-contracted and that part of the works was completed to a poor standard.
I noticed yesterday that our windowsill has already faded yellow around items left on it. I supplied emulsion for walls and the builder supplied the gloss paint.

Neal's Building Services have just completed a garage and dining room extension for us. They did an excellent job, which was completed in just 7 weeks due to their hard work. Every member of the team was very efficient and the site was cleaned and tidied at the end of every day. Andrew kept us informed at every stage, letting us know what had been done at the end of each day and what was planned for the following day. They incorporated some extra jobs which we asked them to do along the way with the same enthusiasm as the rest of the build. We will certainly be recommending them to anyone who needs any work done and using them again in the future ourselves. A really great team!!!!!.

As an ex-construction site manager with over 30 years experience, I had high expectations from Neal's Building Services and I was not disappointed; they were absolutely excellent from start to finish.
All the work was completed on time (end of May) and within budget - this was quite impressive as we had the worse rainfall during the month of May.
Andy is very very professional. I have to compliment him on his attitude and his exceptional consideration towards all my neighbours. If there could be problems with the parking or, if he was going to create a mess with something that might impact on them, then he would let them know. They all commented on how polite and nice he was and that included all his workforce.
I was also very impressed with the high standards of health and safety that they demonstrated on a daily basis. They wore the right equipment, necessary for certain jobs, and each evening the site was left clean, safe and tidy.
I was working at home during the project and Andy never pestered me and he was happy for me to wander round during the day to have a look at the progress. We built up a very good relationship and if I saw something that I thought should be changed (as we were working from several drawings), Andy and I would discuss, agree and then he would make the adjustments. I was very happy with the way this worked.
In my previous life of a construction-site manager, having a team of tradesmen to work with, like Neal's Building Services, would have made my life a heck of a lot easier. Their standards are very high, excellent quality of work and all at a very competitive cost.
I cannot fault Neal's Building Services and would recommend them without hesitation. This company is an excellent candidate for Safe Local Trades.
