Professional from the outset through safety preparation and close teamwork throughout. Well managed and did exactly what we wanted including leaving all areas clean.

Andy was very friendly and punctual. In all it took almost 3 days to complete the work bearing in mind the amount to be done. He did an excellent job and left the garden clear of all the debris when he had finished.

We employed Nene Valley Tree Services for the first time on basis of local recommendation. We found them excellent on all counts - good communication, reliable, plus they did a great job. It was an expensive days' work but they did a very good and tidy job, clearing everything away and leaving the site tidy.

Great service for first point of contact.  Very professional and responsive communication throughout the entire process. Andy was very flexible and managed to make last-minute changes due to unexpected roadworks taking place outside my house. The work conducted was of an extremely high standard and the clear up exceptional!

We called Nene Valley Tree Services and left a message at 4.15pm on a Saturday after noticing that a mature tree in our garden had started to lean after recent high winds.

We weren't expecting to hear back that day, but Andy called later that evening and arranged to visit on Sunday to assess the situation. When he visited it was agreed that the tree needed to be felled soon, and the team were back at 8.30am on the Monday. The job was done incredibly quickly and tidily, with the wood stacked for us to split later (at our request).

Andy and his team, and Lucy in the office, were all courteous and professional throughout. We received email confirmations of the booking and the quotation, and Andy also provided advice on tree management which was very welcome.

We are very pleased with the standard of the work carried out.

We will definitely be using them again, and will recommend them to family and friends (in fact we already have). Thank you!

The work was completed professionally and with due consideration for neighbours and passing traffic. All the garden waste (foliage, twigs, sawdust etc) was removed each day. The job was done by a hard-working team, led by Andy Stone (the boss) to my complete satisfaction and at a very reasonable price.
