With all the rain today, and as an older lady living on my own, I was frightened to see the rising water levels on my drive that were nearly reaching my front door.

Nick Wilson Drainage responded immediately to my emergency call and a lovely, helpful, caring and very pleasant chap arrived promptly. 

He dealt with the issue, explained what was causing the overflow, swept all the water off my drive and gave me the confidence not to be frightened if this should ever happen again in the future - just give them a call.

I cannot recommend Nick Wilson Drainage highly enough and, once again, Safe Local Trades has come to the rescue by providing me with a wonderful worker who has saved the day.

I called Nick 8.45 am on a Saturday as my external drains were completely backed up - he arrived at midday as promised and dealt with the blockage. Very pleased.

Nick came out on a Saturday to us and kept us informed of when he would arrive. He cleared our drain and spent some time trying to find out the cause of the blockage including talking to our neighbours. He gave us some clear advice before he left about following up with the problem and whom we should contact.
