Absolutely brilliant. Paul was on time and got to work straight away. The work he completed was first class and I would recommend Paul to friends and family. He even provided me with a pair of overshoes so I didn't get the carpets dirty by walking on them when wet. Nothing was too much trouble and it was a job well done. 

Very quick response from Paul with work completed swiftly. I would have no hesitation recommending him.

This was Paul's 7th job for us. He arrived on time, as always, and fitted the shower screen quickly and efficiently. He advised us that the seal provided by the screen supplier was really too small to guarantee no water would escape. Since then he has returned and fitted the better seal which we had bought. 

We have already booked Paul to return in early spring and professionally clean our lounge carpet. Absolutely recommend him.

Absolutely brilliant. Some of the carpets were badly stained but Paul got the stains out.

This is the second time we've used Paul's Services. Paul is a lovely, polite man and his work is very good. 

Paul came out quickly to one of our elder neighbours who we look after; she had a badly bleeding leg when she was in bed and had unfortunately spilt blood through the living room and dining room and in the thicker pile upstairs bedroom, which she had unfortunately let dry so everything was pretty much ground in.

Paul arrived exactly when he said he would, saw the damage and said he would do his best but couldn't categorically guarantee it would all come out. However he was amazing and sorted everything out, using the right chemicals, professional equipment and hard physical effort and the results were amazing! He actually managed to get everything out and back to normal, so she could now forget about the incident and just get back on with her life again.

Paul was hard working, very experienced, polite and a nice honest professional that knew exactly what he needed to do, and did it promptly. Can't recommend him enough. A definite 10 from me!
