The work was done to a very high standard with a great deal of care and attention to detail. I am delighted with the end result. Pete was always responsive to any queries and sorted all (very) minor issues without any difficulty. I am happy to recommend Pete's bathroom services and would ask him to work for us again.

Summary:
Contacted this company because of the reviews and what a waste of time. After Pete came out and measured etc., he sent me to his preferred supplier in Kings Lynn which I travelled to three times to sort out the bathroom furniture. The first quote sent over was wrong as it got the main bathroom and ensuite the wrong way around! When questioned and asked for a detailed quote I have not heard anything. I would not recomend this firm as totally unprofessional and incompetent.

Pete Bird Property Maintenance Ltd have been operating for many years and we take great pride in all our reviews and awards and try to provide the best possible customer journey we can. On this occasion, we are extremely sorry for the experience that this customer had - the company we previously used for our bathroom supplies were slow in providing their quote for his requirements to us, and the content of it was incorrect several times. On top of this, the member of staff who was dealing with this at the supplier showroom ended up in hospital due to an injury. Other staff were unable to pick up this person’s work which caused further, extensive delays with the final costings. However, we did fail in consistently chasing this up so that we could get the full and final quotation to the customer. We apologise whole-heartedly for the inconvenience caused, and no longer use that bathroom supplier.

Refurbished downstairs toilet , well where do l start l ask Pete to order the sink and toilet + new radiator that would be easy to fit as long as it was white
They put in a chrome radiator twice the size of the old one and it was at an angle toilet ok sink was to big could not close door if you was washing your hands after to and frowing Pete agreed that they needed to be changed which his boys did in-between using their phones or taking afternoons of for written driving test .
The tiling could have been better the floor as well would definitely not recommend them.

Complete redesign of my front garden.
Comments:
Pete gave good advice on what I needed to have regarding materials for the project that I had designed. He and his lads arrived everyday ready to get started. They worked above and beyond to change my front garden from bumpy lawn to a magnificent pebbled and brick frontage. I absolutely love it and my neighbours all say how magnificent it is. Pete made the step to the front door as designed and again the kerb appeal is eye catching, clean sharp and stunning.
