I contacted PVS via an eMail from Safe Local Trades.  I was called within 10 minutes and arranged an appointment for the following week.  On site Andy quickly diagnosed the problem and installed a new terrestial aerial. He then checked both the terrestial and satellite signal levels, and retuned the TV and satellite receivers.  He gave me a quote before doing the work and I thougth the price was very reasonable.  In short, a job that was carried out very efficiently and tidily. A very responsive and friendly service that I would not hesitate to recommend to others.

My neighbour brought it to my attention by knocking on my door to ask if I was aware that my aerial was dangling from the roof, held by one wire. I was shocked to see this, and concerned, as it was a windy day and it had started to bang against the wall.

I immediately rang Safe Local Trades as they are always my first port of call. Eileen was very helpful and recommended Andrew from PVS Aerials.

Having just moved into a new Park Home in March, we needed an aerial. I searched on the internet for a local business. Having phoned the office and spoke to Charlotte, she emailed a quote across fairly quickly. Once we had a moving date I phoned to book the job in. Charlotte was on holiday but I left my phone number and Andrew returned my call at the end of the day when he returned from a busy day of fittings.  

On the day, Andrew arrived punctually, accessed the job and what was required, and got on with fitting our TV aerial in an efficient and tidy manner. The outside wiring was done very neatly and my husband and I were both extremely pleased with the quality of the workmanship, speed and efficiency.
