Lee runs his business in a very friendly yet efficient manner. We are really pleased with his attention to detail, and the customer, whilst doing the quote and the work. We found him to be friendly, reliable and obviously good at his job. He carried out the work to suit our requirements. We are pleased with all aspects of Smile Plumbing & Heating and the fact that we had Safe Local Trades to guide us. 

Lee had problems with confined space and also with clearing an airlock which often occurs when draining the system. We found him to be a tidy and obliging man.

Lee is very conscientious and respectful of my home. He cleared up from a messy task and I wouldn't have known he had been there when he left, except that I had a new radiator installed.

I'm very impressed and would recommend him to everyone.

Lee was brilliant. He phoned ahead (something most tradesmen do not do) as he was not able to keep to the exact specified time. This was not a bother as we were in all day, but it was good to be kept informed.

The work carried out was exceptional and he kept us informed at every stage of the process. The work took longer than expected because Lee was so thorough and diligent. Even so, he did not charge above the quoted amount.

He made a recommendation that one of the radiators needs replacing (which confirmed something that someone else had pointed out previously) and he has scheduled this in for later in the year when the weather is better.

We are very pleased that Lee will be carrying out this work and we will also be scheduling him in to do the service each year.

Could not be more pleased - Lee is the only plumber that my wife completely trusts. Overshoes put on as soon as he enters the door and he brings his own vacuum to clean up. The work is expertly completed in a friendly manner. Have requested he provides me with some business cards so that I may personally recommend him whem opportunity arises.

Lee was punctual and kept me informed of the process needed to repair my heating system and ten radiators. He carried out the work quickly and I was extremely pleased.

I contacted Lee through Safe Local Trades and had a call back within minutes to discuss what was needed and to arrange a date and time. Lee offered to come out early in the day before I left for work which was appreciated. Lee is very friendly and easy to talk to. He was very respectful and careful of the house as he worked and left no mess at all. I also appreciated the advice and tips given regarding the heating system.

It is very easy to recommend Lee and I will certainly be using him again!
