Steve and his son, Aaron, dealt with all aspects of this garage conversion, bringing in a plumber and an electrician but otherwise undertaking all the work themselves. All aspects of their work were of the highest standards, combining attention to detail and a methodical approach with a strong work ethic. We were particularly impresssed with the custom built shelving created for the toilet and pantry.  But their empathetic approach to our needs was equally appreciated too, with an understanding of the needs of a disabled person which is unusual in our experience. We will definitely use them again.

Steve and Aaron were very professional and did a neat and tidy job. Highly recommend. 

Steve came to our rescue after a rogue trader took our money and didn't complete the job they were paid to do. Upon hearing about our situation, Steve offered his services free of charge. Steve arrived bright and early every Saturday for six months knocking down the dangerous shell left by the rogue traders then building us a brand new barn/workshop. He contacted local companies explaining our situation and negotiated cost prices on all the materials we needed. His work is impeccable and nothing is ever too much trouble. I honestly didn't know that tradesmen like Steve existed, someone who was willing to give so much time to a family he had never met and to provide such high quality workmanship as well. A true knight in shining armour who I would recommend to everyone 

We phoned Steve as a matter of urgency due to water pouring in to our garage conversion. He turned up within half an hour on the eve of Christmas eve in the pouring rain. We were literally emptying gallons of water out onto our garden as Steve assessed the situation. He told us not to worry and every problem had a solution.

Hampered slightly by the very cold weather, Steve turned up, spade in hand and dug down to the footings around our garage conversion. He identified why the water was getting in and solved the problem straight away. 

That night it rained very heavily and we were so happy when we woke in the morning and realised that our conversion was bone dry. We were so relieved!

Over the next couple of days Steve and his son Aaron came to reinstate the flooring and skirting that had been badly water damaged. This turned out to be trickier than expected but the quality of work and the fine attention to detail were second to none. 

I'd have no hesitation in hiring Steve and Aaron to carry out any further works on our property and I'd highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks again Steve and Aaron.

Steve & Aaron worked extremely hard and the standard of the work was exemplary. I was very pleased with the result. The work area was always left tidy, they used all their own facilities and the work was carried out to plan and finished on time.

Excellent work right from the minute Steve came out to quote for the job. Offered suggestions on ways to finish the build, and even brought his own tape (which is more than some builders did).

Despite being stopped by the weather, Steve and Aaron turned up every day they said they would, talked us through the work they planned to do and cleaned up each night.

Did a very thorough job and always left the place clean and tidy at the end of the day.They were both polite, helpful and professional at all times.  I have had loads of compliments about my new downstairs loo/shower room.  So glad I chose Steve to do the job.

Steve and Aaron were impeccable and very trustworthy. A fairly long build that got off to a slow start due to weather. Additionally Steve agreed to fit the new kitchen, lounge TV units and internal doors as an extra without any quibble, even though he had other projects looming.

Work was carried out cleanly and despite some logistical challenges completed to a very high standard.

Steve does the lot, together with his son Aaron, and his brother Sean Rutterford (Electrican, also recommended). Our project is now in its 9th month and we were prepared for a long period of disruption. Steve talked through every aspect of the job from the onset and continues to keep us up to date with progress. Although we are always stating "Steve, we have a problem" he always replies with "No, we have an opportunity". The project would have been finished sometime back but due to his work and professionalism we have been adding "extras" to our home, so now we are having a driveway, front wall and path to front and rear.

Steve, Sean and Aaron are highly recommended.
