I have extremely high standards and the entire experience, dealing with Ultimate Blinds, was so professional that I simply could not fault Gavin on anything.

From the outset, he was very accommodating in terms visiting when it was convenient for us; our initial appointment was a Saturday morning. He arrived with samples and we were delighted to see that he had the ones that we had seen and liked elsewhere, so we didn't have to start from scratch with the selection process.

The blinds were ordered and he then came to fit them, doing an excellent neat and tidy job.
