Sebastian is a delight to work with. Not only from a business perspective, where we received excellent customer service, but on a personal level where we shared good humour and rapport.

When he was on-site, he was fastidious of being careful whilst moving anything, always aware of his surroundings. 

Highest standard of work, honest and polite - if there is a fabric he is unable to obtain or any work outside his remit, he will be completely upfront.

Nothing was ever too much trouble; always going the extra mile.

I would recommend him without question.

Sebastian did an absolutely amazing job with the restoration of our furniture. Some pieces were not straight forward and had to be completely striped back to the frames. All were reupholstered to the highest of standards.

He was helpful, extremely skilled, incredibly professional, and very easy to deal with.

I have already recommended him to others and will continue to do so.

When the sofas arrived, the colour and condition were not as good as we were expecting so panic set in as we were due to have a housefull of guests in a few weeks! We contacted Sebastian and although he was extremely busy, we were delighted to hear that he would squeeze this work in for us.

He arrived when he said he would and removed the sofas from our garage (where they were being kept) and took them to his workshop.

With any sofa, once the fabric is removed, there are many unknowns as to what can be lurking underneath! Sebastian called me, and then sent photos to show that the frame of one had been repaired previously but not to a high standard and therefore in order to have a sturdy structure the repair would need to be redone. This wasn't good news, but he said that he would carry out the repair and it would be included in the original quote which was hugely appreciated.

When the sofas were returned, we were over the moon with the quality and finish - they looked superb! We could not have been happier.

We have used another local upholstery firm in the past and were not as impressed as we have been with Sebastian. He is extremely knowledgeable, very approachable, accommodating, and gave us some great expert advice on the different types of fabric. He has a lovely manner, always polite - attributes that you would like someone to have when you invite them into your home.

We cannot fault Sebastian in any way - he went over and above and I would, without any doubt, be happy to recommend him to anyone. In fact, I have already asked him back to do more work for us!
