Came the very next day. Sky wanted to charge me £60 just for the call out alone. Chris charged much less. Knowledgeable, thorough and tidy. Checked more than just the obvious, plus made sure I was getting a better picture on the TV too!

Re-alignment of aerial following switchover.
Comments:
Booked Chris by email and had appointment for 9am following day. Arrived on time and realigned aerial straightaway. As TV was an old DAB model, it couldn't pick up new Sandy Heath digital channel, but Chris left his Freeview box with me to check that the signal received was from Sandy Heath giving me time to then get my own box and not miss any programmes. Excellent friendly service.

Experiencing no signal to televisions for 2 days.
Comments:
Diagnosis was quick, fault traced. A new electronic booster was fitted but a lack of a fault to my own, it was put back. It goes to prove a genuine gentleman who can be trusted. New section of cable and a joint cured the problem. I would not hesitate to recomend this company to a 90 year old. Well done.

I called Chris on a bank holiday Monday because we had just moved into our new house and the company we had contacted about fitting our aerial etc had let us down - he called me back the same day, came by the next morning, gave me a quote and started working immediately until the job was done!! Very impressive! He is an incredible nice and polite guy and works very hard and on top of that he is very tidy. We are 100% happy with the job he has done - thanks again.
