He then came and did the work. He is friendly and professional and cleaned up afterwards.

With our broadband router positioned in the top-front-right of our converted garage, and the main Sky box in the front lounge (which is rarely used), we wanted to see how we could cancel our Sky Multi-room contract and bring the main Sky connection into the back lounge. We also had a raft of other questions regarding cabling, Sky dish and much more.

Chris has been in the business for a very long time now and we trust his expertise 110%. He explained everything in terms we could understand and provided us with a few options and quoted for them there and then. He carried out a few tests on our wifi around the ground floor and provided informative and knowledgeable advice.

He is also a true gentleman; personable, courteous, and just such a lovely person.

We cannot rate him highly enough and would recommend him to anyone without a moment's hesitation.

I have been very happy with Ace4digital since my first home visit for quoting the job. Chris is professional and serious. He completed the job by matching my needs and following my instructions. What I like about him is how he left everything clean, tidy and without any mess regarding the cables. CCTV cameras are amazing and you can see everything to protect yourself and your property against any potential threat. 

Chris responded very promptly to my message, fixed a date to come and came when he said he would. 

He explained what he was doing and why to diagnose the problem and was very up front about what he would charge and whether we wanted him just to diagnose the fault or to fix it. 

Altogether an excellent service.

Called Chris to to investigate the problem. He turned up yesterday, after a short while checking our aerial and amplifier systems with his instrumentation he quickly identified and explained the problem in a clear and understandable way.  He then recommended the best solution for us to resolve the matter.  He replaced the old and outdated equipment. Which completely restored our TV signals to a very high standard. His high standard of knowledge and professional workmanship certainly exceeded our expectations. 

Nothing was too much trouble for Chris. He places a high importance on leaving his work areas very clean and tidy. He has a very  pleasant and amiable disposition, and we would have no hesitation in recommending Chris to anyone else.

Chris offered a first class service from the first visit right through to the completion of the job. Everything was explained clearly without any high pressure sales. After a visit to assess the job, I was given a choice of cameras for the CCTV and Chris advised that the most expensive camera was probably overkill for the rear of the house and suggested a simpler (and cheaper!) model.

Our CCTV installation is one of the cleanest jobs I've seen, with cables hidden with a lot of thought and care taken with cable runs to ensure our house isn't covered with unsightly junction boxes or loose cables like our neighbours!

Once the installation was complete, Chris spent a good amount of time going through the systems, apps and tech to make sure I understood and left me with two pages of handwritten notes to refer back to.

Nothing was too much and I felt very at ease in Chris' company, he's a genuinely nice person and cares about the work he does.

I'm really happy with the end result and can now cancel expensive monthly subscriptions which mean I'll get back what I paid for in a few years time.

I can't recommend Chris enough. Don't go for those big companies with large sales teams offering basic products, speak to Chris who is an expert and will do a much better job and design a system that perfectly suits your home.

For many months, every time it rained (which was a lot of the time!), the reception on our freeview TV in the kitchen would be effected with messages on the screen such as 'No signal'. I finally got round to getting in touch with Chris and he arrived today as arranged.

He checked the main aerial signal into our house on his machine and it confirmed that it was weak. Due to his extensive experience, he knew pretty much straight away what the problem was - he then went on the roof to check the aerial, which he brought down to show us the section where the water was getting in. This old aerial had a design fault and the plastic cap to keep the rain out was missing. 

Chris duly replaced the aerial with a current one, of a different design, and upon checking the signal again, it was absolutely perfect.

So happy that this ongoing issue has now been resolved. Chris is such a fabulous character - warm and friendly, professional, honest, genuine and trustworthy.

Excellent all round service provided by Ace4cctv. I am long time customer with both home security alarm and security cameras installed. I recently went for an upgrade of the cameras to the latest 5k with leds and mics. My old cameras were good but these are exceptional quality both during the day and night and with the benefit of leds the night vision is now also in colour. The install as always was seamless and Chris treats your house like his own when it comes to the wiring setup both externally and internally. For anyone wanting home security advice and installation I highly recommend him.

Excellent communication throughout, from initial consultation, through site visit, to installation. On completion, a comprehensive explanation of how to operate the system was given. 
Our engineer, Chris, was most helpful. Great care was taken during all work, and considerable thought was given to make the installation as unobtrusive as possible.
