Professional service and good quality CCTV.

From contact, through to quotation and installation, Chris was extremly professional and the level of customer service and experience he provided is a true rarity these days.

After contacting Chris, as promised he arrived to provide a full quotation and scope of works involved. He was transparent on full costs, dates, and the best system to suit our needs even advising us that the most expensive in the range would not be required!! An honest individual to say the least.

On the day of the installation, his arrival was prompt and he set about installing our system after walking through the process once again to ensure everything agreed before proceeding (for the record in torrential rain) and what a meticulous individual, nothing was rushed and he only moved onto the next job once we were satisfied with each part. The entire installation was done over a day and this guy worked in rain that most would of avoided, and all works inside the property were again completed to a very high standard in a neat, tidy fashion always with covers on his shoes.

Chris ensured that all cables were hidden from view and those that have to run outside are placed neatly inside conduit. Once the entire system install was completed, Chris then went through the full operation again, and helped with the installing of the apps software onto our phones and laptops and then demostrated the entire workings of our new system!!

I would recommend Chris without hesitation when it comes to CCTV for his all round service, reliability and professionalism and already have done so. I have already booked Chris for a return visit for a new alarm upgrade in the new year.

Chris responded very promptly to my enquiry so the arrangements were soon sorted. He removed an unwanted satellite dish installed by a previous resident and the attached cables efficiently. Chris then filled the drill holes with sealant and took away everything he had dismantled so it's now hard to see there was ever a satellite system on the wall.

Chris is very obliging with a friendly and professional approach to his work and I would happily recommend him.

Work done to a very high standard despite a struggle with ladders due to next door's telephone cable being in the way and cutting off the old aerial with a saw while up the roof. He made sure everything was clean and tidy afterwards. He gave a proper explanation of what the costs would be before he came out and when he gave us a proper written quote.

Chris arrived within the time slot appointment and quickly diagnosed what the problem was.  He explained what would be required to fix the problem and told me the costs. The work was completed quickly and Chris checked that both TVs were receiving a good signal. Chris is a very amiable chap and at my request told me about other services he offers. I can’t give 10/10 for Value for Money simply because I don’t have any competitors costs for comparison.
