Great service as usual. Adrian diagnosed the problem over the phone then came round later the same day to fix. Very happy (and grateful!) to have it all sorted out so quickly.

Excellent job, helpful and informative, explained answers to my questions. Clean, tidy, efficient and prompt.

Adrian also re-balanced the heating system and redosed with inhibitor. Archie replaced tiles in the shower resulting in a very professional finish. Adrian also got our boiler working again after a British Gas engineer 'serviced' it...I highly recommend this company. Professional, friendly and courteous. 

Day one and day two involved a complete new boiler installation.

Adrian's communication throughout has been second to none. He has attended on time, worked a full day and tidied and cleaned up; refreshing to find a local tradesperson with these instilled values.

Would totally recommend as the feedback and scores are totally accurate, that's why I contacted him.

Excellent service - I rang Adrian first thing and he came round later that same morning and replaced the valve. He then checked all the radiators in the house and the boiler pressure. 

We have used Adrian before for more general plumbing jobs and have been very impressed. He is someone you can trust to do a very good job and we will definitely be using his services in the future.

Adrian talked us through how to stop the leak and was then round in the morning with a new radiator to install. Helpful and informative about what was being done.

Wouldn't know any work had been done as it was left clean and tidy after the job. Very good install and advice given.

Found Adrian to be extremely knowledgeable about his craft/industry when initially visiting to quote the work - this certainly helped to instill confidence that he was the right person for the job.

The price quoted was agreed and worked was booked. Adrian is self employed and does not 'sub out' his work; he has his son as an apprentice and so, this local tradesperson is always keen to personally deliver on the promises made.

He his very courteous and mindful of being in peoples home (fully respectful), if you had questions it was never any trouble to clarify anything you asked.

From arriving (early!) to start the job which was basically, strip out the old system, reconfigure pipework and install the new...took 3 and a half hours....and that was including heating the new tank to test!! 

Advice was given around the recommended brands to choose from and now having use of this tank for 2 weeks now, its showing to be a very good choice indeed.

After he left it was like they were never there, everything left neat and tidy. No money taken up front, was invoiced a few days later...all work guaranteed, installation was fully registered and to that end, a certificate was received through the post to back this up!

Overall, if you want peace of mind around any work being done in your home, someone who is supremely professional and courteous, then I would recommend Adrian without hesitation...we would definitely choose Adrian again!! 

Adrian certainly knows his stuff and did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. I would certainly utilise his skills again and fully intend doing so in the future. In these uncertain times it is nice to be able to find someone you can trust.
