Arrived within 24 hours of first contact. Knew what problem was by asking questions & explained procedure to us. Work carried out professionally & to a high standard. Room left tidy afterwards. We would certainly use again next year for annual boiler service. Many thanks.

Adrian was punctual, polite, caring and concerned enough to offer me help in giving advice at some cost to himself, inasmuch as the information he supplied meant that I did not find it necessary to go ahead with a new boiler installation.

Always punctual, will fit us in whenever needed and has sorted emergencies out for us with old boiler before installing and servicing the new one. Neat and tidy worker, friendly and helpful service. Good value for money and will NOT add extras on for the sake of it - very trustworthy.

The immersion heater was emitting an unusual ticking sound. Adrian attended, assessed the problem and rectified it without charging. All done with a pleasant attitude and a desire to please. Would recommend.

Prompt reply to request for repairs to broken immersion heater

I called a few boiler engineers/plumbers as we had a problem with our heating being stuck on. Adrian was the only one that came out that same day and fitted us in after all his other jobs. I can't thank him enough for that. He was very helpful, thorough and professional and I will be ringing him first if we have issues in the future. Highly recommended.
