Chris is always punctual, ready to get to work, and ensures everything is checked and double checked prior to departure. He's carried out four separate jobs for us, and all have been completed in good time, at a fair cost and to the highest standards.

Called Chris in the late morning after our bifold doors wouldn't lock, initially went to voicemail and then received a call back within a few minutes. Arranged to visit in the afternoon. Chris was true to his word and arrived during the mid afternoon. Chris explained what had happened to the doors and explained how he would attempt to fix them. I also mentioned another door we had a problem with. We agreed on a very reasonable price and he went to work. This was done in the most brilliant and memorising way, explaining at each step what he was doing. Now both doors are closing and locking better than any time since we moved in 18 months ago.

Chris arrived on time. He was very friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. He adjusted the dropped panels in a very short time. The adjustment was needed to stop leaks and draft.

Excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend to others and will call him again for any other window repairs in the future.
