Chris is extremely proficient in his trade and knows exactly what he is doing!
The back-door handle had been 'clicking' when you pressed it down. This had gone on for several months and I evenutally called Chris in as I felt that it could break at any point! We thought that we may need a new lock but Chris dealt with it very quickly and efficiently by replacing an internal spring.
Whilst here we asked him to quote for a replacement sealed unit in the downstairs WC -he came back today to fit that and was super quick with the job which was carried out to a very high standard.
He also had a look at the lock of one of our internal doors that had become difficult to open and sorted that super quick too!
Punctual, knowledgeable, competent and a really nice personable chap.
We are delighted with the work carried out by Chris and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
