Dave has done a few jobs for me over the years, small but necessary, and he always delivers a top class service.

When we decided to have our bathroom stripped from top to bottom and have it completely refitted, I looked no further than Dave.

The bathroom work is now completed and was done all as expected, it looks fantastic.

I'm sure Dave won't mind me describing him as "Old School" in that he believes in customer service, honesty and total professionalism. He turns up when he says he will and does a superb job. It's great to have a plumber who explains everything beforehand and gives you no concerns whatsoever about the quality of the work. Just make sure you know how to make a strong cup of tea or he will be moaning all day long at you :-) (sorry Dave).

Whilst I cannot comment on Dave's work per se as he wasn't needed, I feel a review is warranted as his openness and honesty about what was needed to fix the tap saved us time and money. Thanks Dave.

Dave visited us initially to examine the dripping tap and quickly advised a new one was needed.  We wanted a very close match to existing unit and Dave was able to show us an ideal replacement. He ordered the tap and kept us informed of progress throughout. 

On the second visit he fitted the new tap efficiently. He gave us a few tips (regarding replacement cartridges, etc).  He has an engaging manner and cheerful disposition - would not hesitate to use again. 

Dave was brilliant.  Friendly, professional and delivered an excellent cost-effective solution.  I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Dave took time prior to starting the work to ensure the end result would be to our satisfaction. This was a challenging job due to the age of the house but we are very pleased with the new bathroom. It was a very professional job completed to a very high standard, completed in a timely manner due to excellent organisation.
