Dave is such a pleasant gentleman. He came and fixed the tap and carried out another small job for me. He was fantastic - efficient and courteous.

I would certainly recommend him and will use him again when needed.

All aspects of work were excellent. Good time keeping, kept work area tidy and kept informed of the progress of work. Dave and his team are totally trustworthy, professional, excellent workmanship with a sense of humour.

Dave was always punctual, smartly dressed and very amicable.  I was happy to leave him alone in my home on the two days when most of the work was carried out.  I felt he was completely trustworthy. On completion I was more than happy with the result.

He was on time, pleasant, and easy to deal with. Within minutes he had found and told me what the problem was, popped out to get some supplies, and was quickly back and dealing with the job. Efficient and tidy. To be honest I expected him to just look at the job and have to come back, so I'm really pleased it's actually sorted. He even gave me some advice about the water damaged vanity unit. 

I'd be very happy to use Bluewater again and recommend them based on today's experience.

WOW...Dave and Ian have transformed our very retro bathroom into a room that I am more than happy to spend time in and show off to family and friends.

Dave is very punctual, hardworking, professional and friendly.  Having the bathroom refurbished is not ideal when you do not have an ensuite to use but Dave did his utmost to complete the job as quickly as possible. 

Once the old sanitary ware was removed it was clear to see we had an issue with our flooring and it was not suitable to be tiled on.  Ian very kindly came round on his day off (Saturday) to reinforce the flooring so we were then able to have it tiled.  He worked wonders and we were very grateful for his hardwork.

Dave also found time to fit our new kitchen tap on his last day of working on the bathroom project.

We are over the moon with the attention to detail and would highly recommend Bluewater Plumbing Services and Ian the tiler.

Excellent work.  Dave turned up on time as did the rest of the tradesmen that Dave had organised.  From quotation to completion of work we had total confidence in Dave and his team.
