What a fantastic service. Professional and efficient. From the quote onwards, Dave managed the whole project so that it was painless for us. We rang Dave on the basis of past reviews on this site and were not disappointed. He returned our call quickly, arranged a time and stuck to it. He went through various options to find the cause of the leak trying to make as minimum damage as possible. He found the leak and dealt with it effectively. We then got him to remove a radiator. Again on time and did a great job. We would highly recommend this firm and Dave.

From first visit to ascertain requirement, submission of quotation, attendance and timing to undertake work, cleanliness and standard of work in all respects was absolutely first class. The professionalism and attention to detail was superb and I have no hesitation in recommending this company.   

Dave and his team, including the electrician and tiler, replaced our bathroom to the very highest standard possible. They were friendly and helpful throughout the eight days that the work took place. It was completed efficiently and at no point did we feel anxious or uninformed as to what would happen next. It was finished well within the stated time but with no compromise to the quality of workmanship. 

We would unreservedly recommend this firm for any job - large or small. We have already booked them to sort out our cloakroom.

Dave was a real breath of fresh air, really helpful in planning for the refurb and sourcing high quality products at good prices. Job was carried out to a top standard and he made absolutely sure we were happy with the job before payment was asked for. We are thrilled with our new bathroom.
