Summary:
It looked as though it was a simple job - but there were complications which were explained and demonstrated and dealt with.
A radiator did not get hot. I thought it just needed bleeding and did not have the right key for the valve.
It turned out that there was a blockage, which seemed pretty solid but Dave eventually clearded it and flushed it through.
A very professional job indeed.

Full refurbishment of bathroom, including the removal of old shower, courtesy wall, bath, toilet and handbasin and the fitting of a new power shower, shower enclosure and base, extractor spot light, ceiling light, low level WC and cistern with soft closure seat, hand basin, pedestal, bath, tiles from floor to ceiling throughout bathroom and fitting a cupboard. We also had a soft closure seat in our cloakroom and a change over of all taps in the house to Hot (left) and Cold (right) as per disability requirements.
Comments:
David and his team of electricians and tilers were superb - hardworking, left the workspace immaculate and gave us every chance to obtain fixtures and fittings that we liked and were fit for purpose. They were cheerful, courteous and keen to please and meet all our requirements.

Summary:
Dave has carried out several plumbing jobs for me, including refurbishment of the downstairs cloakroom to a very high standard, new show cubicle in the en-suite, installed a large p-shaped bath in our main bathroom and replaced the water tank in the loft.
Comments:
I wish I had found Dave years ago, and now that I have, I wouldn't use anyone else.
There are several things that really stand out about Dave. He will come to look at a job and then his follow-up quotes and paperwork are very prompt - excellent communication. He will always discuss every aspect of the job beforehand so there are never any nasty surprises and he always keeps to his quote.
It seem typical of some tradesmen to turn up to your home in dirty work clothes but Dave is always well presented and looks extremely smart in his corporate-branded jacket and shirt; this demonstrates a real professional image.
He is also very reliable and if he says he is going to be there, he will be there. We really appreciated his reliability when we had an emergency - our ceiling collapsed due to a burst water tank in the loft and Dave was with us within 40 minutes.
Dave is very personable, very polite, professional and trustworthy - I always feel comfortable with him in my home. His standard of work is always excellent too.
Sometimes he can be busy to take on larger jobs, which is understandable, but all I can say is that he is definitely worth waiting for.
