My wife was here when Ben was carrying out the boiler installation and she mentioned that he was by far the best plumber she had ever used. He was polite, punctual, got on with the job, tidy (hoovered up) - just absolutely superb.

We cannot fault Ben on any aspect of his work or service and will most certainly use him again.

I own a couple of businesses myself and I really wish that I had someone like Ben working for me. He is an exceptional young man and nothing is too much for him - he listens, thinks and then provides a solution. An example of this is that out of three plumbers, two said that they were unable to carry out a particularly awkward piece of work, but Ben was able to sort it! He is extremely competent and has a great work ethic.

I always recommend Ben to others and will continue to do so.

We were having a conservatory installed and a gas pipe and soil pipe needed to be moved. The firm we were using contacted Ben Nayar of BN Plumbing & Heating Services to do the work and, as we were extremely impressed with what he did, we asked him to do some additional jobs for us.

Ben was a breath of fresh air and the best plumber we have ever used. He always turned up on time, very articulate, kept me informed throughout, cleared up beautifully (no debris left under the bath like others might do) - a very tidy quiet professional worker.

He was also very helpful to us when our shower broke down. He assessed this and diagnosed it as being a manufacturers fault – he then spoke to them directly on our behalf which we were very grateful for. We felt he went over and above with the service he provided to us.

All work carried out to a high standard, great communication and all at a very good price.

During that time, Ben has replaced the entire heating system in the property that I am renovating. This included new radiators, copper pipework, drainage, new cold and hot water pipework and all associated plumbing for bathroom, ensuite, cloakroom, kitchen etc. 

Ben is an open friendly and approachable young man. I am a very detail-conscious person and therefore always had lots of questions for him. What I really like about Ben is that he is keen to ensure customer satisfaction. I would describe him as a 'modern' plumber - traditional ones would come in and get straight to work without the discussions that are required to ensure that both parties are happy with what is happening. Keeping me informed throughout the entire project is exactly what Ben did.

I am 100% happy with all the work carried out and would recommend him to anyone without hesitation. 

I asked Ben to assess my son's heating system, my son had just moved into a new house. Ben took the time to explain what problems we faced and provided a number of solutions for us to consider. This advice came without any pressure and allowed us to be part of the decision making process. We decided to install a brand new boiler and radiators. Ben carried the work out in two phases, boiler and pipe work first. Returning a couple of weeks later to install the new radiators. Ben allowed me to chase the pipes into the wall, saving him time and me money. Ben arrived when he said he would and charged a very fair amount for his work.

The standard of Ben's work is excellent I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ben Nayar.
