Ben is an exceptional trades person. He has looked after all the plumbing and heating needs at my property for a number of years. Ranging from repairing a dripping tap, to replacing my boiler, and everything in between. Emergency call-outs for leaks and changing radiators which began to leak due to pin hole leaks and age. And servicing my boiler.

Ben always explains things clearly. He takes the time to explain options and to talk through any work needed. I have complete trust and faith in Ben. He offers great value for money.

Ben was recommended to us and has just replaced a new hot water cylinder, our old one was 35 years old. Previous plumbers didn't want the work and we were so relieved Ben was willing and very able to undertake the work for us.

We also had a leak from our bath, which was showing up at the bottom of the stack pipe in our dining room. Ben gave this issue careful thought and managed to cut through our plaster board to reach the offending joint. It has been easier to repair the plasterboard than break into our fully tiled bathroom.

Ben undertook both jobs professionally with quality workmanship. He has been reliable, friendly and courteous and we would have no hesitation in recommending him.
