Summary:
Bob adjusted all the internal doors for me so they close and fit properly, as well as changing all handles and fitting two new privacy lock systems.

Comments:
Very friendly and approachable. Gave a breakdown of costs involved in the work so I knew I was getting value for money. Tidy workers. They were able to come to the house within an hour of calling them and they completed the work the same day.

Summary:
We approached BS to carry out a few important repair jobs around our home - a list of things that had built up over time e.g. remedying a damp patch by our patio doors, investigating WC drainage problem, problem with leaking guttering, damp patches around the bath, a serious electrical problem associated with the socket for our dish washer, putting up 3 window blinds.
Comments:
We were impressed with Bob and Matt right from the start. While other tradesmen had not responded to our calls or given their promised quotes, Bob and Matt called us very quickly after we made our on-line request. They listened to our concerns then made an appointment to visit our home; this all happened within a day or two.
They were both incredibly courteous and knowledgable and listened very carefully to what we said about each problem. They said what each job would entail and explained what they would do and how. They carefully explained their charging approach - day rate plus cost of materials; their suggestion initially was for two days of work maximum. We were given time to think about it, but were so impressed that we quickly said "Yes, please".
Bob and Matt then arranged a start date with us, about a week later they arrived at 8.30am on the agreed day and quickly got on with all the work. Any issues uncovered during the day were brought to our attention before taking action. They both worked very hard and although the weather was awful outside this did not hold up progress with the external projects. They even did more than we had expected.
Bob and Matt were very thoughtful and careful around our home, keeping the noise to a minimum when our young son was around, and they cleaned up very thoroughly.
As a result everything was completed within one day, and to a very high standard. We are delighted with the quality of the work Bob and Matt completed for us, and we shall certainly use them again and have already recommended them to family and friends. Thank you Bob and Matt!
