Unusual for any tradesman, but Bob turned up on time both to quote and do the work. I didn't pay any deposit, he kept me informed of any changes or additional work that needed doing, explaining everything he did and its cost implications.  

As I was out while he did some of the work, he took photographs to show me the work he had done before the floor was laid. What I liked most is that he just got on with it without messing around and he did a good job of clearing up.

I am so pleased with the work which Bob carried out which was very good.

Bob turned up promptly, carried out the work and cleaned up afterwards all in a cheerful and professional manner.  Gave me advice on other repairs that I needed doing.  Will use him again for the next job.

Bob is very helpful and provided me with lots of advice.  He was very thorough and undertook the work quickly.

Bob did a marvellous job on my garden shed and has given it a new lease of life. He replaced the felting with some stronger long-lasting material and replaced the wooden batons and also the edging, which is beautifully shaped and angled. He then painted it all and it looks like a new shed.

All the work was carried out very professionally and efficiently. I cannot fault Bob, he was very pleasant, every polite and he did everything he said he would. He is also a great craftsman and certainly knows his trade.

His colleague, who was also very pleasant and polite, did some repointing work for me, which was all done perfectly.

10/10 for everything and I would recommend Bob to anyone.

I had not been able to purchase the towel rail etc., because I was unsure of what sizes to get. Bob understood what I wanted and purchased them and installed them very quickly and tidily (they needed to be adjusted), explaining what he was doing at all stages.
