Summary:
The previous owner of the property had left 27 holes (with wallplugs), up the walls of the stairs and landing and I couldn't reach them to get them out.
Comments:
I called Bob around 3:30pm and he was here by 4pm. He removed all the wallplugs and filled in all the holes.
He was polite, efficient, very pleasant and did an excellent job - 100/10!
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and will certainly use him again in the future.

Work carried out on a static mobile home.

Bob was earlier than expected, did the work in 1 day rather than 2 days as originally thought. He was helpful with hints and tips as I was working inside. He charged exactly what was quoted, so no nasty surprises. He had a great work ethic, even working in the rain at times. I will be having back to do some tiling in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for both quality and fairness in price.

My fence panel had blown down into my neighbour's garden.
Comments:
Bob responded very quickly and assessed the damage. It was clear that the fence panel was broken so he went off and purchased a new one and returned the same day (Christmas Eve!) and not only did he fit the new panel, but he also reinforced the other panel/posts, and my side gate, as it was extremely windy.
I was extremely pleased with the service that Bob provided - he was very pleasant and helpful and I would happily recommend him to others.
