Bob sourced and fitted 6 internal doors. The sizes of the doors were non-standard and needed some work to get them to fit into the existing frames. However he did a great job and was very tidy. Price was very reasonable especially given he collected the doors and it was quite a challenging job.

Summary:
Bob replaced some rotten fascia wood to front which was a lot to the front and made good around soil pipe, and to lesser degree to rear of the property and refixed lead flashing around soil stack where it passes through roof allowing rain water in - the cause of the rot was not just the defective flashing around the soil stack but leak from some loose roof tiles above the fascia where cement bed had failed and gap in corner where roof edge line turns.
Comments:
Bob turned up on day to give his quote and was very helpful with the advice he gavee. Could not do the roof work but would arrange a roofer to do this for me. Bob turned up on the day he said he would and completed the job very efficiently on the same day. Sadly the roofer could not attend that day but Bob said he would follow on.
Anglia Roofing turned up the following day and did the required repairs plus fitted lead flashing to the corner plus some extra work as noticed a loose ridge tile. Very efficient and helpful guy. All costs were as those quoted by Bob on his original quotation.
Bob phoned up few days later just to make sure the roofer had been to complete the job. Very pleased with the work done and the follow up call to ensure the job was completed okay.

Summary:
The previous owner of the property had left 27 holes (with wallplugs), up the walls of the stairs and landing and I couldn't reach them to get them out.
Comments:
I called Bob around 3:30pm and he was here by 4pm. He removed all the wallplugs and filled in all the holes.
He was polite, efficient, very pleasant and did an excellent job - 100/10!
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and will certainly use him again in the future.
