Summary:
We hired Bob to repair and rebuild two windows, which had sections of decay in them.
Bob removed the windows, and was able to work on them onsite, rebuilding the decay on both sides of the window, and dealt with other problem areas not orginally seen in the quote.
Windows were fully restored and reinstalled same day.
Comments:
Bob is super focused and diligent - really pleased with not just the repair itself but the care in doing it. He showed me how the repairs had been conducted using photos to highlight the issues identified.
Friendly, very punctual, efficient - we will be using Bob again and I have no hesitation in recommending his work.

Bob came out quickly and the job of replacing a small area of skirting was not too small for him as is a problem with a lot of tradesmen. Bob is a very pleasant efficient tradesman who I will be using again. Very good job.

I would highly recommend Bob for his excellent standard of work, he has done several jobs for my elderly mum over the last few months.
He refitted 2 bespoke size doors. I had a safety issue with my mums stairs so Bob designed and customised a safety stairgate to fit at the bottom. He also refiitted shelving in the front room.
He is willing to accommodate, any job is no trouble big or small. My mum was recently very unwell and I had to reschedule work several times, Bob was very considerate and understanding adjusting his timetable for me. He takes time to complete the job and always checks you are happy with the end result before leaving. He was very reliable and always came on time to appointments. I would definitely use his services again. He was also very professional in his approach to his workmanship.
