2) Fitting of a ground-floor toilet with sink, radiator, all with hidden pipework & half tiled and floor tiled. Fitting of lights to both installations.
Comments:
Steve Cranfield has impressed me with his skill, knowledge, work ethic, problem solving and trustworthinesss. The quality of his workmanship has been second to none. He has resolved plumbing problems that existed before the new bathroom / toilet were fitted without quibble and worked quickly but efficiently causing us a minimum of dissruption or fuss. He consulted regularly when a choice had to be made over fitments / positioning of fitments. The quality of the work is really very impressive and the outcome has been stunning.
I would readily recommend him to anyone.

Comments:
All the work was carried out in the way that you would expect from a real tradesman, very clean and tidy, bath and all discarded materials removed as required. The work was completed well within the given time.

With this being the third job that Steve has completed for us, in addition to various jobs for friends and family, we were confident that this job would be completed to his usual high standards.
Steve advised us on the best suppliers with regard to the kitchen, bathroom, fixtures and fittings, ensuring our expecatiations were met.
The level of workmanship and tidiness once again impressed us, with any minor changes we asked for being accomodated.
In summary we feel we can always use Steve with confidence offering us good value for money.
