Summary:
Refurbished an en-suite with new shower of a different configuration, installed new sink and removed and replaced wall tiling. Refurbished bathroom, extending shower area and installing new shower base and doors. Fitted new taps on bath and basin. Replaced bath panel and ensured it looks perfect despite 2 cm difference in height from floor from end to end. Replaced all tiles. Painted both rooms. Laid ply flooring to requirements of flooring company.

Summary:
Installed a new shower in the bathroom, including a new pump.
Comments:
I found Steve on Safe Local Trades back in 2009 and I have been using him since. He has now completed several jobs for me over the years and I seriously cannot fault him. If he says he will be here at 8am, he is here bang on 8. He always cleans up and never leaves a mess. In fact when I had to clear all the clothes out of my airing cupboard, so that the pump could be installed, he put everything back in a folded neat and tidy manner, to my surprise!
He is extremely trustworthy and I am always happy to leave a key with him when I am out. Friendly, professional and honest - I cannot fault him.
He is always my first port of call when I require any work to be carried out.

Summary:
Replaced the shower, sink, toilet, tiled the floor and walls and fitted two new doors.
Comments:
Steve is friendly, thoroughly professional and conscientious and he did a great job. I cannot rate him highly enough and would give him 11/10 if I could. Highly recommendable.

Steve refitted our bathroom and our en-suite.
Comments:
We were very impressed with Steve from his first visit, when he arrived when he said he would, and had lots of good ideas for the work. His quote arrived promptly and was competitive. Steve gave us an idea of when he would be able to start and kept us informed. He was also able to recommend suppliers and his estimate of the time that the work would take was realistic.
Steve was very friendly, trustworthy and extremely hardworking. He arrived when he said he would each day and worked non-stop. He was very tidy and cleaned up at the end of each day. The work is of an excellent standard and we love our new bathrooms! We would definitely recommend Steve and will be using him again.

We were very impressed with Steve, very reliable and trustworthy and he always cleaned up (sheets on all floors).

Summary:
Refit of ensuite and part refit of family bathroom.
Comments:
The refit of the ensuite involved reconfiguring the shape of the room, re-tiling, new lighting, replacing all fitments, and installation of a new shower.
In the bathroom the toilet, handbasin and lighting were replaced. In all these changes, Steve did a superb job, was neat and tidy and on time, and the work done was to an excellent finish.
We would not hesitate to use Steve again, or to recommend him to anyone needing this sort of work done.

Steve arrived on time every day and worked hard constantly, only stopping for a short lunch break around midday.

Hard working and conscientious, can be trusted to complete work to high standard and on time. Unknown problem with pipes installed by original builders caused leak into lounge. Steve replaced light fitting and redecorated without any fuss or bother. It is when things go slightly awry that you find the true worth of a tradesman. Not the cheapest but would not hesitate to use again (we have employed him before) and recommend.
